12-month Nexora warranty
All products sold by Nexora Electronics are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is covered
- Manufacturing faults and component failures under normal use.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, misuse, water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof) or normal wear and tear.
How to claim
Contact us with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
