Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and cancellations
Your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Refund Policy, which does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration and minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.
