Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Nexora purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
- Email nexoraelectronics122@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened in-ear audio products can only be returned if faulty.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
